Strawberry Moon ANTENNAE | The Ripening
The Strawberry Moon rises as summer begins to swell. It is a moon of sweetness and maturity, of fruits ripening on the vine and visions coming into form. At NOMADlife.tv, we gather once again under its glow for ANTENNAE, our monthly ritual of sonic communion and cinematic unfolding.
This moon invites us to taste what we’ve been cultivating. To acknowledge the work, the waiting, the quiet tending. To celebrate the moment just before abundance spills over. With music as the message and movement as the medium, we offer ourselves as conduits, antennae for whatever needs to be received.
As always, projections of antennas filmed around the world transform our studio walls into a living canvas of signal and light. Shadows dance, instruments respond, and the room becomes a vibrant transmission — not a performance, but a collective embodiment of presence.

Led by creator Jason Rodi, ANTENNAE is an ensemble of musicians improvising what we've come to call "spiritual music", a transcendent sound that lifts the spirit, for which we are mere conduits.

ANTENNAE: A Living Narrative
ANTENNAE is not just an event; it's a living narrative, a canvas for the creation of our own mythologies in the ever-unfolding present. Each event is recorded and filmed for posterity, and available for streaming on all NOMADlife.tv apps (ROKU, FireTV, AndroidTV, AppleTV, iOS, Android, and YouTube).
Spiritual Music : A Transcendent Experience
Like 12 apostles, the core ANTENNAE ensemble is an open band of 12 musicians + guests. With piano, cello, electric, acoustic and bass guitars, harmonica, vocals, congas, steal and electric drums, flutes, saxophones, and more, we record about 90 minutes of original music each week, never playing the same thing twice. We keep our sound within the realm of neo-psychedelic, atmospheric, and cinematic aesthetics, which we've come to simply refer to as "spiritual music." We hence renounce ownership of these spontaneous creations, acting as antennas, connected to the divine, mere conduits for the music flowing through us.
The Installation: A Ballet of Shadows and Light
ANTENNAE stages Plato's allegory of the cave through an installation involving a back projection screen and a large mirror, immersing you in a mesmerizing dance of shadows and light. Participants become integral to this dance, casting their silhouettes against images of antennas shot all over the world by Rodi, a poetic expression of the message WE ARE ALL, and a celebration of the interconnectedness of all things.
