a place where we create, host and broadcast stories to the world.
Think of it as our own independent film studio.
We produce original content, welcome artists and entrepreneurs,
and transform our spaces into whatever each project requires.

Studio Space
The studio is 3000 square feet and goes up to 17ft high. It is available for events, shoots, and anything in between.
We can even provide catering services for your event by Maison Gorchon.
Terrace
Our terrace comes included with every rental, perfect for weddings, BBQs, a hang or a summer movie.
For 15 years now, NOMAD has been offering coworking space, creating a vibrant, ever-expanding community.
