ROOFTOP TERRACE

Enjoy special days and nights in a homey natural setting: festive in the summer

and cosy in the winter.

 

The terrace is equipped with two barbecues that you're free to use.

CREATIVE LOFT

NOMAD is a 4000 square foot production studio, shooting space and art gallery, perfect for your events, exhibits, meetings, workshops,

performances, shoots and much more.

 

The space is fully furnished, 

so you'll feel at home right away.

SECURITY

We always provide the security necessary for your event. Our accredited guards know

the studio protocols and can therefore

best provide for your needs.

SCREENS,

PROJECTORs and

Live video

The space is equipped with a big screen,

projectors and a live video system,

making just about any of your ideas possible.

INCLUDED

CLEAN-UP

The clean-up includes mopping and toilets.

Your only responsibility is to pick up your dishes and put the furniture back in place.

How much is it to rent the studio or make a video?

Every production is different though we have a simple price structure that allows us to welcome them all, from shoots to private or public events.  Give us a call or write us to see how we can make your vision come to life.

Can I have my own security team?

​

We always provide the security necessary for your event.  Our accredited guards know the studio protocols and can therefore best provide for your needs.

Can I hire my own catering service?

​

You can hire your own catering, but we also have an in-house chef offering the service.

​

At what time can I arrive to set up my event?

​

Your rental is a 12 hour period.  You can arrive whenever you like.

​

Can I bring my own sound system?

​

You can't bring more sound equipment than what we already have.  It surrounds the room with quality sound while protecting our neighborhood from unnecessary noise disturbances.
